SuperAides IT Solutions LLC Privacy Policy

Overview

SuperAides IT Solutions LLC has developed this Privacy policy for the sole purpose of providing details about the collection, use, store, process, share or disclose the information that user submits to/ collected by SuperAides IT Solutions LLC through Services, Software or any other means that are owned by SuperAides IT Solutions LLC. The information collected by SuperAides IT Solutions LLC is provided by “Users” or “Providers” willingly and in full consent when availing the Services or software provided by SuperAides IT Solutions LLC. This policy is effective as of November 1, 2019 and does not apply to any websites or services that SuperAides IT Solutions LLC does not own or administrate. This policy also does not apply to anyone below the age of eighteen (18) and any information provided by underaged will be considered as void and will be deleted. 

SuperAides IT Solutions LLC values the information provided by the user using our services or software and respects the individual’s rights to control the information ensure which can be their own, or of individuals, the service is provided. The rights to control the information provided does not apply to the service provider or “Buddy” as they are required to provide the information requested by SuperAides IT Solutions LLC when partnering with SuperAides IT Solutions LLC to ensure the best partnering relationship possible and to protect itself and the users of the services or software from a number of potential risks.

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time as per SuperAides IT Solutions LLC then-current environment and requirements. SuperAides IT Solutions LLC is may or may not and is not responsible for providing any notification via any mode of communication that the user has provided. It is the user’s responsibility to check SuperAides’s website for any changes to the Privacy Policy, or any other policies developed by SuperAides IT Solutions LLC, which are applicable to the user of the services. Users of the services or software provided by SuperAides IT Solutions LLC are required to discontinue the usage in case of disagreement with this Privacy Policy or any policy that apply to the users.

Scope

This document applies to all privacy information created, collected, transmitted, used, stored, and disposed of, by or on behalf of SuperAides IT Solutions LLC, it’s employees, partners, and contractors. The requirements in this document also apply to contractor-operated services and information resources located and operated at contract facilities or any other third party utilizing SuperAides IT Solutions LLC’s privacy information, or it’s information systems to perform an authorized activity.

Privacy Policies

The purpose of obtaining PII: -

• is to identify and authorize users for accessing their account and services. 
• To identify an individual with data such as name, address, contact info, and email, which will be unique to a user and will provide security for data under users account. 

SuperAides IT Solutions LLC does not and will not directly collect the data from any individuals except for its service partners. All user data that is collected will be through its software or its service partners. All data that the user enters in the SuperAides system or provides to its service partners are voluntarily provided, as per full knowledge of the user and provided willfully by the user. 

SuperAides IT Solutions LLC, through its software or service partners collects financial information such as credit card information, Bank and Account information for the purpose of payment for services availed by the user or for subscription to its services. These payments are process only after the user acknowledges the use of SuperAides services and authorizes the transaction. 

SuperAides IT Solutions LLC complies with PCI DSS guidance: -

• For any or all financial transactions that takes place between the user and SuperAides by means of user’s credit card or account.  
• For processing, storing or transmitting the users credit card and account information in a secure environment.

SuperAides IT Solutions LLC may collect anonymous information about the users of the service or software using cookies, GPS, and other technologies which may or may not be used:

• to recognize a user while using SuperAides IT Solutions LLC’s software,
• to collect information about the usage of SuperAides IT Solutions LLC’s services and software, 
• to tailor user experiences by collecting information about the type of hardware and software the customer uses and the way the customer uses it,
• to enhance user satisfaction by using user ratings and feedback 
• for analyzing effectiveness of promotions and advertising and,
• to promote trust and safety across all our online applications. 

SuperAides IT Solutions LLC also may collect user information as per law requirements and shares the information to the federal authorities upon written requests. 

SuperAides IT Solutions LLC uses information collected through the usage of our applications or service partners: 

• to provide the best user experience for using or requesting SuperAides IT Solutions LLC’s services or software, 
• for fulfilling the user’s service request by sharing the information with the best skilled and most capable service partners, 
• for transferring payments for using the services,
• for background checks using third party services, 

SuperAides will only disclose personal information if we are required to do so by law and that such action is necessary to:

• comply with the law or with legal process, 
• protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Services or Software
• Protect the property and ensure personal safety of our own, employees, service partners, users or public

As of today’s current IT environment all over the world, there is no infallible technique of storing or transmitting electronic data that is completely safe and secure. SuperAides, as of now, cannot guarantee or ensures its users the security of any information that the user shares with us. Nonetheless, SuperAides assures its users that we have implemented IT and other security measures best possible logistically as per its current environment to secure the information that users provide us. SuperAides users, by accepting terms and conditions, and by using the software, accepts the risks related to all information that the users share with SuperAides. 

SuperAides may partner with other companies or businesses and in such environment may share or transfer user’s information with its partners. Such information will be shared with the users of the SuperAides Services and Software on the SuperAides website. 

SuperAides is not responsible for any security, content or privacy of the information that the users share with the third-party links that SuperAides’s Software or Website may contain. SuperAides is not responsible for nature or quality of content in the third-party website or for any website that it does not own or control. Any issues that may arise due to this should be sorted out by the user and service partner in question and should not involve SuperAides, or its employees or its partners in any manner. 

SuperAides retains collected information of the user as long as it’s required by law and till the user has an account and uses SuperAides Software or services. 

There are chances where the user, knowing or unknowing share user’s medical information while availing SuperAides’s services. Although not required by law, SuperAides does follow HIPAA guidance and ensures that all its service partners are aware of HIPAA guidance and Non-Disclosure of information and asks its service partners to follow it strictly. Nonetheless, SuperAides does not guarantee and is not responsible for the privacy and security of any information that the user shares with the service partners. Any issues that may arise due to this should be sorted out by the user and service partner in question and should not involve SuperAides, or its employees or its partners in any manner. 

This document will be reviewed annually if not least, biennially and will be updated as necessary as per its then-current environment. Any changes to this document will be first shared with SuperAides employees with Privacy responsibilities for their review. Upon approval from its decision-makers, this document will be disseminated to the rest of the employees, service partners and will be posted on SuperAidess website for its users.
